Answering questions

Max answers questions very well now, even if he does not understand the actual question. And I have started using this new development for my own entertainment:

I was thinking that flying internationally with a young child must be like giving birth. As time passes you forget how hard and painful it was, and you do it all over again.

I am not pregnant :-), but I did book our tickets, sigh. I won't put dates on this blog, but we are coming sometime this summer. Am I out of my mind? I must be...

Crushes

Max has two new friends; twin girls age 1,5 ;-). He loves it when 'the babies' come over.

They look very much a like and for the longest time I did not know which one was who. 

But apparently Max does, he is absolutely in love with one of them, and totally ignores the other. He talks to her in his sweet baby voice, goes to her level and is continuously hugging and kissing her.

Why only her and not her sister? 

Max after me driving 3,5 straight to Shreveport from Baton Rouge and nearing our house:

"One more drive please!"

Djeez! Was 3.5 hours in the backseat of the car not enough?!

Hotel

It's noon and Max has asked me at least 50 times already if we can go back to the hotel, I guess he really really really liked it :-).

Oke, John Legend, 'All of me' as we all know comes on about a 100 times day. And since we drive around a lot, we hear it a lot. And when I hear it a lot, it get's stuck in my head.

So today I was singing 'Cause all of' .... and then Max said ME!

(I never taught him, he learned the song from the radio!) I said What?!

And then he sang LOVES to which I sang 'all of you.'

And then we performed a duet!
